GEMEINSCHAFT STIFTEN – Die Stiftungsgemeinschaft der Sparkasse KölnBonn

GEMEINSCHAFT STIFTEN was established on June 4, 2024, as the foundation community of Sparkasse KölnBonn. As a legally recognized foundation under private law, it promotes charitable projects in the Cologne/Bonn region on a long-term and sustainable basis – without bureaucratic effort and open to funding purposes beyond the region as well. Financing is generally provided from the income generated by the foundation’s capital. Donors, whether private individuals, companies, or institutions, can establish their own trust foundations or foundation funds under the umbrella of GEMEINSCHAFT STIFTEN or make additional contributions and donations.

We aim to build a strong community of supporters who jointly make a positive impact – in Cologne, Bonn, and beyond. Our goal is to effectively support charitable projects and strengthen engagement through straightforward, transparent, and sustainable offerings such as trust foundations, foundation funds, additional endowments, and donations. Together with Sparkasse KölnBonn as the founding sponsor, we create an umbrella that provides donors with long-term security and professional guidance.

GEMEINSCHAFT STIFTEN is aimed at all citizens, companies, and institutions who wish to use their assets meaningfully and permanently for charitable purposes. Whether through a donation, an additional endowment, the establishment of a foundation fund, or a trust foundation – our offer is equally directed at philanthropically engaged private individuals as well as companies seeking to support projects in the fields of culture, education, environment, social affairs, and much more.
