Mission & Vision

The foundation aims to provide swift and unbureaucratic support precisely where public funding is insufficient or lengthy requirements delay projects. Independent and without long-term obligations, it promotes innovative approaches and individual initiatives in the Hamburg area to enable immediate progress in cancer control.

Target groups

Individuals and institutions from science, research, and healthcare in the Hamburg area are supported, who work on projects related to prevention, diagnosis, therapy, aftercare, or basic research in the field of tumor medicine. This includes hospitals, university institutes, self-help groups, and private specialist doctors who wish to implement new research approaches or patient-centered care projects with smaller seed funding.
