Hans Erich und Marie Elfriede Dotter-Stiftung

The Hans Erich and Marie Elfriede Dotter Foundation is based in Darmstadt-Eberstadt and is recognized as a non-profit organization. It exclusively and directly pursues charitable, benevolent, and ecclesiastical purposes and operates selflessly. Measured by its endowment capital, the Dotter Foundation is among the largest private foundations in Germany. From the income generated by its assets, it supports local projects and initiatives in the fields of child, youth, and elderly welfare, arts and culture, education and upbringing, as well as heritage preservation. This is achieved both through financial support of associations, schools, and churches, and through its own operational projects such as the Dotter Concerts.
