Mission & Vision

Target groups

The funding programs of the Ian and Barbara Karan Foundation are aimed at pupils and trainees in Sri Lanka, particularly in the North (Hartley College, Methodist Girls School, Vigneswara School), patients at the Base Hospital Point Pedro and their families, as well as children and young people in Hamburg who have become victims of abuse or exclusion. In addition, social and cultural initiatives in Hamburg and the surrounding area that carry out integration and youth projects are supported.
