About the funder
IMPCT gGmbH is a non-profit consultancy and platform for sustainable development based in Hamburg. Since 2017, IMPCT has been enhancing the impact of projects and organizations in the fields of climate protection, education, social justice, and democracy. Together with partners from business, science, politics, and civil society, the team develops holistic strategies, digital tools, and innovative formats to drive systemic change. Projects include, among others, the development of regulations for DFL and SPORTS20, the Fast Forward Future education fund in Hamburg, and the app "my hood" for access to child and youth facilities.

Mission & Vision
Our mission is to enable radical rethinking and sustainable transformation. We focus on systemic inquiry rather than symptom treatment, on clearly defined impact logic (IOOI: Input, Output, Outcome, Impact), and on collaborative partnerships. The goal is a socially just, ecologically responsible, and economically viable society.
Target groups
IMPCT targets non-profit organizations (NPOs, NGOs, associations), foundations, and social entrepreneurs seeking to professionalize their impact. In particular, NPOs and social entrepreneurs benefit from free funding programs (e.g., WirkRaum Hamburg) to strengthen their structures, measure impact, and ensure long-term sustainability.
