About the funder
The INTA Foundation is a fiduciary foundation held by GLS Treuhand in Bochum. It was established in 2013 by Helga Sprenger in Freiburg to carry the diverse literary work and the INTA meditation founded by Werner Sprenger into the future. The foundation annually awards the Helga and Werner Sprenger Peace Prize and supports projects in the Upper Rhine region and beyond that promote peace, self-determination, and social justice. Additionally, it supports projects related to INTA meditation, such as training and seminars for meditation teachers.

Mission & Vision
The INTA Foundation is committed to preserving and carrying forward the life’s work of Werner Sprenger and his INTA Meditation. Through the awarding of the Peace Prize and the financial support of diverse projects, it promotes peaceful coexistence, strengthens self-determination and social justice, and creates spaces for personal and communal development.
Target groups
The funding programs of the INTA Foundation are aimed at initiatives and individuals committed to peace, dialogue, and non-violence; organizations and projects in the Upper Rhine region and beyond that promote social justice and cultural exchange; people of all ages, especially children, youth, and refugees, as well as participants in INTA meditation seminars; and dedicated individuals seeking training and further education in INTA meditation.
