Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz (ISB)

As the promotional bank of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, the ISB supports individuals, businesses, and municipalities with investments in the commercial and residential sectors. With more than 400 employees, it offers low-interest loans, grants, guarantees, and equity participations. The ISB promotes start-ups, innovations, and expansions of medium-sized enterprises, creates affordable housing, and strengthens digital as well as municipal infrastructure – always with the goal of positioning the state for the future.

The funding programs of ISB are aimed at start-ups and freelancers in Rhineland-Palatinate, small and medium-sized enterprises for the financing of investments and working capital, private individuals for the acquisition, construction, or modernization of residential property, as well as municipalities and municipal institutions for infrastructure projects.
