Jakob-Kaiser-Stiftung e.V.

The Jakob-Kaiser-Stiftung e.V. is a state-recognized, non-partisan institution for political youth and adult education, with its administrative headquarters in Königswinter. It builds upon the intellectual legacy of its namesake, Jakob Kaiser, and sees itself as an independent and non-profit organization. Its educational offerings include seminars, workshops, and study trips on historical, social, and European topics. The foundation works closely with public funding bodies and targets diverse audiences – from youth and young adults to senior citizens.

"We must be a bridge…" – In the words of Jakob Kaiser, the foundation sees itself as a bridge builder between past and present, between different age and target groups, as well as between political generations. It is committed to freedom, solidarity, and justice, promotes democratic awareness, political participation, and the unity of Europe.

The educational programs of the Jakob-Kaiser-Stiftung e.V. are aimed at adolescents and young adults, multipliers as well as educators, politically interested individuals and seniors from North Rhine-Westphalia, women and multipliers from diverse cultures and religions, as well as employees in municipal administrations.
