Mission & Vision

The jfsb pursues the mission of promoting projects for children, youth, and families in Berlin in an unbureaucratic and impact-oriented manner using the proceeds from its foundation capital. Through financial support and advisory services, it aims to contribute to the development of strong, creative, and responsible personalities among young people and to enable families in the neighborhood to create cultural and intergenerational community experiences.

Target groups

Non-profit projects for children, youth, and families in Berlin are supported, as well as measures by professionals and organizations active in this field. The jfsb targets initiatives and providers that develop new, participatory, and intergenerational offerings to promote social cohesion, the self-organization of young people, and the strengthening of families within their neighborhood structures.
