Mission & Vision

The Justin-Hüppe Foundation is committed to providing reliable financial support and educational opportunities to former employees of the Hüppe company and their families in cases of unforeseen hardship, as well as to young people in the Oldenburg region. Our mission is founded on the responsibility that our founder Justin Hüppe felt towards his employees, and we continue this tradition by promoting social solidarity and equal opportunities.

Target groups

The primary target group consists of former employees of the Justin Hüppe GmbH shutter factories and their relatives who have fallen into hardship, are unemployed, or are unable to work. Since 2016, the foundation has expanded its target group to include needy young people in the Oldenburg, Ammerland, and Wesermarsch areas up to the age of 29 who are undergoing vocational training or wish to pursue further education.
