Mission & Vision

We strive for a universally equitable education system that enables gifted children and adolescents to develop their personalities based on their intellectual strengths. To this end, we engage collaboratively, professionally, and practically in daycare centers, schools, and counseling, and together with policymakers, scientists, and practitioners, we develop innovative approaches to gifted education.

Target groups

The Karg Foundation primarily directs its funding programs towards gifted children and adolescents in early childhood education centers, schools, and counseling centers. In addition, professionals and institutions in the education sector are trained and networked to establish sustainable structures for talent development and to support potential-oriented learning environments nationwide.
