The Kinderkrebsstiftung SAAR-PFALZ was founded in 2001 by the Parents' Initiative for Children with Cancer in Saarland e.V. The foundation's mission is to sustainably promote and secure research in the field of childhood and adolescent cancers through financial grants. Furthermore, the foundation directly supports projects aimed at improving the medical care and quality of life of children and adolescents with cancer and their families.

Mission & Vision

The Kinderkrebsstiftung SAAR-PFALZ is committed to improving the treatment prospects and aftercare of children and adolescents with cancer through targeted research funding and direct support services. Target groups

The foundation targets research institutions and scientists in the field of pediatric oncology as well as children and adolescents with cancer and their families. Through financial support of research projects and direct assistance on site, the foundation contributes to increasing cure rates and sustainably improving the quality of life of those affected.
