About the funder
The Erich Hauser Art Foundation is a legally recognized civil law foundation established in 1996 by the sculptor Erich Hauser. The foundation's premises include the old saltworks building, the workshop hall, the Black House, the residential pyramid, and the sculpture park in Rottweil. The foundation preserves, researches, and conveys the complete works of Erich Hauser, manages the collection of his steel sculptures, as well as an extensive collection of contemporary paintings. It also serves as a place for artistic encounters, a forum for art discourse, and an experimental space where the Workshop Prize is awarded annually to young sculptors.

Mission & Vision
The Erich Hauser Art Foundation is committed to preserving the life's work of the sculptor Erich Hauser and making it accessible to the general public.
