Mission & Vision
We promote social justice and climate protection in Burgenland by specifically supporting low- and middle-income households and creating incentives for energy savings. Through our programs, we contribute to keeping heating and living costs affordable while simultaneously advancing the ecological transformation.
Target groups
The funding programs of the Social and Climate Fund are primarily aimed at private households in Burgenland with an assessment basis (net annual income plus received benefits) of a maximum of 43,000 euros. Within this group, households with low and middle incomes, who have to bear above-average heating and living costs, benefit in particular. Additionally, measures are offered for families, students, as well as employees.
