About the funder
The Arnsberg District Government is a modern, efficient, and citizen-friendly authority of the state intermediate level of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. It represents the state government in its administrative district (South Westphalia and eastern Ruhr area) and consolidates the responsibilities of almost all state ministries. With around 2,000 employees at nine locations over an area of 8,000 km², it serves more than 3.5 million inhabitants and handles tasks ranging from occupational safety and environmental protection to energy, mining, and cultural promotion, as well as municipal supervision and economic development.

Mission & Vision
The District Government of Arnsberg sees itself as a responsible service provider that brings together state, municipal, and association interests. Target groups
