Landeshauptstadt Graz

The Finance and Asset Management Directorate of the City of Graz is the central specialist department in Graz City Hall and manages the entire financial affairs of the city. Its core responsibilities include coordinating the departments for municipal charges, accounting, and real estate, executing the budget, medium-term financial planning, as well as central financing. Additionally, it is responsible for managing participations and participation controlling of municipal enterprises. The directorate prepares performance reports, monitors the financial statements, and serves as the financial policy hub of the municipal administration.
