Lüneburger Bürgerstiftung

The Lüneburg Citizens' Foundation was established in 2005 and has since realized over 300 projects that promote civic engagement in Lüneburg. It sees itself as an independent, non-profit institution that pools donations, endowments, and voluntary commitment to finance locally effective projects. A focus is placed on intergenerational initiatives that strengthen the interaction between young and old.
