Mission & Vision

Our goal is to support innovative and sustainable projects that make a direct contribution to people's quality of life and strengthen social cohesion in the long term through science, education, and cultural exchange. We specifically promote initiatives that provide children and young people with health and educational opportunities, advance intercultural understanding, and enable outstanding scientific and artistic achievements.

Target groups

The funding programs are aimed at non-profit organizations, educational institutions, foundations, associations, and public institutions based in or with project references in Baden-Württemberg (focus on Heidelberg/Rhein-Neckar). Special target groups include projects promoting health and physical activity for children and adolescents (e.g., ball schools, swimming programs), scientific institutions (universities, research institutes) for projects in medicine, research, and international understanding, initiatives and associations for tolerance and integration work, particularly related to the culture of remembrance for Sinti and Roma, as well as cultural and artistic events that preserve and further develop regional diversity.
