Mission & Vision

"Small impulses can ultimately change an entire system completely and unpredictably." The Mind & Move Network Foundation is committed to equal opportunities by providing unbureaucratic, immediate, and practical assistance. It promotes the joy of helping as well as the appreciation among those receiving help, and creates new perspectives for the professional paths of the supported children and young people through mentoring and network access.

Target groups

The funding programs are aimed at socially disadvantaged children and adolescents aged 12 to 18 from Münster and the surrounding area. The goal is to provide young people who have so far received little guidance and support with trusted mentorship, practical projects, and company contacts, offering reliable support and concrete insights into career opportunities.
