About the funder

The Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia is the highest state authority for labour market policy, occupational health and safety, as well as social security. The funding programs and services of the Ministry are aimed at employees and employers in North Rhine-Westphalia, municipal job centers and educational providers (e.g., Skilled Workers Initiative, KAoA), healthcare facilities, hospitals and healthcare professions, social organizations, care facilities, associations and initiatives, citizens with special needs (inclusion, poverty reduction, Participation Opportunities Act), as well as project sponsors within the framework of the European Social Fund (ESF).
