The MVV Stiftung Zukunft is a non-profit, legally recognized foundation under civil law, established on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of MVV Energie AG. It acts as a bridge between the heritage of the energy sector and a sustainable, climate-friendly society. Through operational initiatives and funding programs, it supports innovative projects in the fields of environmental protection, science and research, education, arts and culture, as well as the strengthening of democratic governance.

Mission & Vision
The MVV Stiftung Zukunft has made it its mission to advance the transformation of and through energy by means of targeted funding and its own programs. It relies on partnerships with committed individuals and organizations to collaboratively work on solutions for a sustainable future and to strengthen the common good.
Target groups
Funding is provided to EU citizens as well as public-benefit organizations such as associations, foundations, schools, universities, research institutions, and cultural and democratic initiatives. The aim is to support projects with multiplier effects, innovative strength, and a clear focus on the foundation's objectives.
