Mission & Vision
The Nikolaus Max Foundation is committed to establishing equal opportunities in professional life by enabling financially disadvantaged individuals to access vocational training and further education. It believes that a solid vocational education protects against life risks and mitigates social division. Through unbureaucratic and targeted support, it aims to open up new perspectives for young people who cannot afford education.
Target groups
Funding is provided to individuals who are unable to cover the costs of initial, advanced, or further training, retraining, and language education measures either fully or partially from their own resources and who do not receive sufficient support from third parties. The foundation targets young and adult individuals in need as well as families in distress, aiming to enable them to achieve better professional and social participation through financial assistance.
