Our mission is to provide young talents, who pursue their abilities with unwavering passion, with financial and ideal support to enable them to realize their professional visions. We believe that a free and just society can only emerge where people are able to develop their talents and cultivate their personalities. Through our funding, we empower these young individuals to embark on a path toward a self-determined and responsible life.
Target groups
The funding programs of the Norbert Janssen Foundation are primarily aimed at young people up to the age of 30 in German-speaking countries who are economically disadvantaged. Support is provided to individuals who pursue their education or further training out of passion but would not be able to fully realize their potential without financial assistance. The foundation supports education and further training in all fields – from STEM subjects to humanities and social sciences, as well as performing arts, film, theater, sports, and crafts.
