About the funder
The Nospa Nord-Ostsee Foundation is an umbrella foundation of the Nord-Ostsee Sparkasse with six independent foundation funds and a combined foundation capital of nearly 7.8 million euros. As one of the largest sponsors in northern Schleswig-Holstein, it supports regional projects, initiatives, and institutions through sponsorships and donations from the PS-purpose proceeds. The foundation promotes activities in the fields of sports, education, social affairs, culture, environmental and nature conservation, as well as social cohesion within the Nospa's business area.

Mission & Vision
Our goal is to strengthen social life between the North and Baltic Seas by providing non-profit clubs and institutions with financial resources for sustainable and innovative projects. We believe that sports, cultural, and socially oriented initiatives enhance the quality of life in the region and promote community cohesion.
Target groups
Eligible for funding are individual projects of non-profit associations as well as other tax-privileged corporations and public-law entities headquartered and implementing the project within the business area of Nord-Ostsee Sparkasse. Projects must be at the planning stage before the start of funding and must include a contribution of own resources. Full financing, pure printing costs, or construction measures are excluded.
