NRW direkt aims to serve as a low-threshold, citizen- and user-oriented contact point to make the funding landscape in North Rhine-Westphalia more transparent and accessible. Through expert advice and prompt information, NRW direkt supports municipalities, businesses, associations, and private individuals in efficiently applying for funding and advancing climate-friendly investments.

These target groups receive information on suitable funding programs and assistance with application procedures via telephone.
