About the funder
The PROUT AT WORK-Foundation is a non-profit foundation based in Munich. It was established as a leading think tank, consultant, and advocate for queer workplace issues in Germany. The foundation is committed to the visibility of queer people in the workplace, promotes inclusive corporate cultures, and conducts research, media work, and events on anti-discrimination in the workplace. Notable programs: PROUT EMPLOYER PARTNER PROGRAM, Queer Network Awards, PRIDE DAY GERMANY.

Mission & Vision
We create an open work environment for all people, in which sexual orientation, gender identity, characteristics, traits, and gender expression play a positive role. Equal opportunities for queer people should become the norm, so that talents and energies can be fully developed—for the benefit of individuals and companies, society and the economy.
