Mission & Vision
The HMWVW is committed to an intelligent and green economic transformation in Hesse. Our goal is to support small and medium-sized enterprises in enhancing their innovative capacity, implementing technological advancements, and contributing to the achievement of the Hessian Innovation Strategy’s objectives in the seven future competence fields. We promote new ideas, secure jobs, and shape the framework conditions for a sustainable and future-proof economy.
Target groups
Eligible to apply are companies with headquarters or operations in Hesse, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as small companies with medium-sized market capitalization (up to 499 employees). Funding is provided for individual and collaborative projects with an industrial research character or experimental development. The funding priorities focus on projects with eligible expenses of approximately 200,000 euros or more, typically with durations of two to three years.
