Mission & Vision
"Failure is not an option" – true to this guiding principle, the Robert Rothe Stiftung unlisys promotes courage, openness, and discipline. It aims to instill trust, encouragement, and appreciation in young people so that they can develop their own ideas, think big, and actively shape the future with determination. As a reliable partner, the foundation seeks long-term support relationships to create social impact and sustainably strengthen talents.
Target groups
The foundation is aimed at children, adolescents, and young adults who lack the means and opportunities to develop their potential. It particularly supports young sailing athletes and clubs (both recreational and competitive sports) as well as educational projects in the fields of digital education, migration, entrepreneurship, health education, and political education. Organizations with innovative, long-term projects that provide young people with trust, encouragement, and the infrastructure to put their ideas into action are supported.
