Mission & Vision

The RÜTGERS Foundation aims to make science and technology education lively and appealing by financially supporting and advising practical projects in schools. It seeks to inspire enthusiasm for STEM subjects, promote young talent for scientific and technical careers, and support teachers in their lesson planning. Emphasis is placed on uncomplicated procedures, swift decisions, and personal consultation by the managing director.

Target groups

Funding is provided for school teams (students) as well as teachers from all types of schools in Germany who wish to carry out their own STEM projects. The programs are aimed at project courses, working groups, theme weeks, or research projects involving competition participation. A prerequisite is a self-initiated application briefly outlining the idea, schedule, number of participants, and financial requirements.
