Schloss Theatrum Herberge Hohenerxleben Foundation is a recognized non-profit foundation based in Hohenerxleben (Staßfurt), founded in 1997 by Ingrid von Krosigk. It is dedicated to the reconstruction, preservation, and expansion of the listed Hohenerxleben Castle and its outbuildings, as well as the promotion of culturally valuable interpersonal relationships and holistic, health-preserving education and upbringing for children, youth, adults, and seniors. Mission & Vision
The foundation follows the principle "Creating value through giving value." It is politically and denominationally independent and promotes dialogical, selfless action. The goal is to engage and connect people through the preservation of the historic site and artistic as well as educational offerings, in order to maintain and expand culture as an enriching factor of life.
Target groups
The foundation's offerings are aimed at cultural promoters, donors, and members of the support association; artists and musicians who perform pro bono in the Theatrum ensemble; children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in educational and art courses; visitors to concerts, theatrical performances, and castle tours; organizers of conferences, seminars, and celebrations, as well as hotel and restaurant guests; and institutions, networks, and sponsors from the fields of culture, education, and business.
