About the funder
Science Park Graz GmbH is a high-tech incubator and entrepreneurship center based in Graz. As a GmbH founded on a public-private partnership (Graz University of Technology, University of Graz, Medical University of Graz), Science Park Graz supports and finances technology-oriented startup projects in all phases of development (TRL 1–9). Through the programs AplusB (high-tech incubation) and ESA BIC Austria (space technology), it offers startups comprehensive consulting, network access to international partners, and support services such as coaching, workshops, and funding assistance. The goal is to develop internationally successful companies from research ideas.

Mission & Vision
The mission of Science Park Graz is to empower founders from universities and industry through a tailored incubation and support structure to bring their innovative technologies to market readiness. We promote multidisciplinary teams, connect science and business, and create a vibrant network that paves the way for start-ups from prototype to international market success.
Target groups
Science Park Graz targets technology-oriented start-ups and spin-offs in the fields of high-tech, life sciences, and space tech. Our programs support founders in the idea and prototype phase (TRL 1–6) as well as those already market-ready (TRL 7–9). We place special emphasis on multidisciplinary teams originating from academic environments that demonstrate high growth and innovation potential.
