About the funder
The Senator Ing. Albert Brickwedde Foundation is a legally recognized foundation under civil law based in Osnabrück. It was established in 1979 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the company A. Brickwedde GmbH & Co. KG by the then owner Dipl.-Ing. Klemens Münnich. It supports young talent in wholesale and foreign trade as well as vocational training for young professionals. Notable programs: Sponsorship award within the framework of the training prize "Azubi des Nordens" (since 2015, endowed with 1,500 euros).

Mission & Vision
The foundation exclusively and directly pursues charitable purposes. It promotes vocational training for young commercial professionals in wholesale and foreign trade and supports young people who have overcome special obstacles during their training, demonstrated outstanding social commitment, or acquired additional qualifications.
Target groups
Trainees in commercial professions, particularly in wholesale and foreign trade as well as e-commerce, in Northern Germany. Preference is given to young professionals who have overcome special personal challenges during their training, demonstrated exceptional social commitment, or acquired additional qualifications.
