The Social Business Foundation aims to empower and support people who lack the necessary resources to purposefully and coordinatedly apply their strengths in order to independently achieve their goals and needs through their own initiative and work. The supported individuals are regarded as partners on an equal footing and are promoted both materially and intellectually. The foundation is financed from its capital stock and its returns as well as additional donations. Its foundation purpose and capital investment are 100% aligned.

Mission & Vision
The Social Business Foundation promotes social business and microfinance as sustainable instruments of development cooperation. Our goal is to provide long-term aid for self-help through financial contributions, the deployment of labor, and the investment of the foundation's assets in economically independent projects, thereby achieving independence from donations.
Target groups
The foundation targets socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, particularly in developing countries. This includes, for example, war widows, women, youth, and small entrepreneurs who wish to independently establish and sustainably operate social business projects with microloans (microfinance), professional support, and material assistance.
