Mission & Vision
Our mission is to support newly arrived individuals in Vienna, promote equal opportunities and participation, and recognize diversity as a resource. We work based on solid data, raise awareness for diversity, and develop strategies that advance integration in a sustainable and dialogue-oriented manner.
Target groups
The department's programs and services are primarily aimed at newly immigrated residents of Vienna of all age groups – with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults aged 14 to 25. Additionally, employees of the city administration, non-profit associations, organizations, and multipliers in the fields of integration and diversity are supported.
