MA 11 is committed to sustainably improving the quality of life for children and young people in Vienna. Our goal is to provide them and their families with professional support, legal protection, and appropriate funding. In doing so, we work in a service-oriented, transparent, and unbureaucratic manner to ensure that all young people in our city have the best possible opportunities for a safe and supportive upbringing.
Target groups
The services of Child and Youth Welfare (MA 11) are aimed at parents, legal guardians, as well as children and young people in Vienna. This includes families in challenging life situations, those affected by family law matters (e.g., maintenance issues, exemption from meal contributions), cases of separation and divorce, as well as all young people seeking support and advice on educational, psychosocial, and legal issues.
