Target groups
The funding programs and services of MA 50 are aimed at all Vienna residents with primary residence in Vienna, particularly low-income households, tenants in the private and non-profit housing sectors, as well as developers and investors in subsidized housing. Furthermore, the Conciliation Office is open to all tenants and landlords who wish to resolve their housing-related rights extrajudicially.
