The Stiftergemeinschaft der Sparkasse Hochfranken is a foundation community of Sparkasse Hochfranken (a public law institution) based in Selb. It enables citizens and companies to provide long-term support for charitable projects in the Hochfranken region. Under its umbrella, several foundations are united, including community foundations in Selb, Wunsiedel, Regnitzlosau, and Kirchenlamitz, the Children and Youth Foundation Schwarzenbach a.d. Saale, the Hochfranken Sports Foundation, as well as the Foundation for the Promotion of Hof University. Administration is carried out in cooperation with DT Deutsche Stiftungstreuhand AG.

Committed. Successful. Everlasting. – The Stiftergemeinschaft der Sparkasse Hochfranken provides permanent and sustainable support for charitable projects in the region. The foundation’s earnings are used to back individual funding priorities determined by the donors themselves – ranging from social and cultural institutions to projects for local beautification, sports, and education.
Target groups
Non-profit institutions and projects within the business area of Sparkasse Hochfranken (city and district of Hof, district of Wunsiedel in the Fichtelgebirge, city of Gefrees) are supported. Funding areas include social and charitable tasks, youth and child welfare, sports, culture, monument preservation, education, health, nature conservation, and environmental protection. Donors may define their own funding priorities within these areas.
