About the funder
The Stiftung Bildung.Werte.Leben is a non-profit, legally recognized foundation under civil law based in Berlin (Christburger Straße 13). Founded in 2009 by Dr. Michael Bremicker, Norbert Tews, and Hermann Schwietering, it promotes holistic development in the areas of family, education, health, and culture based on a Christian understanding of values. The foundation supports educational institutions, non-profit organizations, stakeholders, young people and families, as well as art and cultural projects through consulting, accompaniment, financial support, and the provision of premises. The centerpiece is the family, education, and health center c13 in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg district.

Mission & Vision
The foundation supports individuals in further developing their personality, talents, and life goals and in living responsibly before God and humanity in a way that promotes the common good. Through counseling, guidance, financial support, and the provision of facilities, it strengthens sustainable, value-oriented educational and cultural work and fosters societal dialogue about the future.
Target groups
The funding programs are aimed at educational institutions with an individual, relationship-oriented teaching and learning culture; non-profit organizations in the fields of education, religion, art, and culture that partially identify with the foundation's values; responsible actors (young professionals) in dialogue with business, politics, media, and science; young people and families, particularly at the family, education, and health center c13; as well as art and cultural projects by children, adolescents, and professional artists that convey value impulses to society.
