About the funder
The Bruchhauser Steine Foundation was established by the Freiherr von Fürstenberg-Gaugreben and the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is the sponsor and caretaker of the Bruchhauser Steine National Natural Monument in the Hochsauerland region. With its information center at the manor estate Schloss Bruchhausen (Rentei), it offers visitors information, exhibitions, and guided tours, and ensures the preservation of the rare animal and plant species as well as the archaeological and geological features of the four distinctive volcanic rocks.

Mission & Vision
The Stiftung Bruchhauser Steine is committed to the protection, maintenance, and sustainable use of the National Natural Monument.
