About the funder

The Foundation of the Kreissparkasse Bitterfeld was established in 2003 by the Kreissparkasse Anhalt-Bitterfeld. It provides funding for projects in the former Bitterfeld district and supports tax-privileged, charitable purposes in the areas of youth and elderly care, education and upbringing, arts and culture, nature conservation and landscape management, environmental protection, sports, social and charitable institutions, as well as local heritage and regional studies. The disbursement of foundation funds takes place after reviewing the fully completed application, a tax exemption certificate, and a cost plan. Submission is possible by mail or in person at the branch.

Mission & Vision

The Foundation of the Kreissparkasse Bitterfeld supports charitable projects in the former Bitterfeld district to make a sustainable contribution to the common good.
