Stiftung Eisbacher Marienkapelle
About the funder
In 2010, Werner Buchholz, together with citizens of Eisbach and friends of the small village, established the Stiftung Eisbacher Marienkapelle. The foundation is a legally capable, independent foundation under civil law and is non-profit. It secures the preservation of the listed Marienkapelle from 1869/70 through the income from the foundation’s assets and donations, and furthermore promotes the liturgical and cultural life in the chapel. The goal is to strengthen the village community cohesion in Eisbach and to preserve the identity of the established social environment for future generations.
