About the funder
The Fairchance Foundation aims to provide children and adolescents with better prospects and opportunities for a self-determined life in Germany. It particularly supports projects focused on integration and language development for children with a migration background. Through the multi-year language promotion program "MITsprache," the foundation sustainably strengthens existing public structures in daycare centers and primary schools, while introducing new initiatives through practical, scientifically evaluated support materials, accompanying training for educators, and socio-educational work with parents.

Mission & Vision
The Fairchance Foundation is convinced that without linguistic participation, there can be no social or political participation and no integration. It is committed to providing socially disadvantaged and migrant children with intensive German language skills from daycare to primary school, thereby promoting equal opportunities and integration.
Target groups
The funding programs of the Fairchance Foundation are aimed at socially disadvantaged children and adolescents, especially those with a migration background, as well as their families. Educational institutions such as daycare centers and primary schools, support staff (educators and teachers), and professional social workers are involved to ensure comprehensive language support and parental engagement.
