Mission & Vision

Our goal is to preserve and promote the biodiversity and ecological functions of wetlands. We support scientific research, educational initiatives, and practical measures for the restoration of bogs, swamps, and floodplains. Through targeted public relations and cooperation with partners from science, nature conservation, and agriculture, we aim to raise awareness of the importance of these habitats and ensure their long-term protection.

Target groups

Project partners of the Foundation are primarily research institutes, universities, nature conservation associations, municipalities, and farmers engaged in the protection, restoration, or study of wetlands. Measures and initiatives that make a sustainable contribution to the preservation and development of bogs, swamps, wet meadows, and floodplains are supported.
