Stiftung Freie Evangelische Schule Reutlingen
About the funder
The Stiftung Freie Evangelische Schule Reutlingen was founded in 2000 and is oriented towards the biblical gospel. It supports the Freie Evangelische Schule Reutlingen e. V., its parents, and teachers through financial contributions in implementing the guiding principle "Experiencing faith – shaping relationships – imparting knowledge." Its goal is to introduce children and young people to the Christian faith, promote the school community, and enable educational offerings through projects such as special education, school social work, or Bible days that are not covered solely by public funding or tuition fees. The foundation operates independently of church and state and provides all children, regardless of their social situation, access to Christian education.

Mission & Vision
The Stiftung Freie Evangelische Schule Reutlingen is committed to fostering relationships of peace based on the Gospel and imparting expertise, Christian values, and social responsibility to children and adolescents. It aims for every young person to discover and develop their gifts, to have their self-esteem strengthened, and to ensure that financial hardships do not pose a barrier to attending school. The foundation supports devotions, Bible days, and other spiritual offerings, promotes projects for personal development, and invites individuals to experience the transformative power of faith in everyday school life.
Target groups
The funding programs of the foundation are aimed at the school community of the Free Evangelical School Reutlingen – in particular students of all age groups, their parents, and teachers. It supports children and adolescents who are taught within the framework of the primary school, Werkreal- and Realschule, as well as at the Dußlingen branch. Furthermore, the foundation enables educational measures for families who, due to unexpected or permanently limited financial resources, would not be able to afford the income-dependent school fees themselves. Employees and volunteers also benefit through the support of projects such as school social work, extracurricular groups, and Bible and leisure activities.
