Mission & Vision
The Stiftung Gottesbeziehung in Familien is committed to making religious education a family-friendly, lived value. Our goal is to empower parents, educational professionals, and communities to support children in their spiritual development and to help them achieve positive value formation and the conveyance of meaning. We believe in every child's fundamental right to access religion and view the strengthening of family networks as an important contribution to social cohesion.
Target groups
The foundation's offerings and funding programs are aimed at families with children, particularly parents in mixed-denominational or pluralistic living environments, educational professionals and institutions (daycare centers, kindergartens) with an inter- or multireligious educational mandate, congregations and local initiatives implementing models of family-centered catechesis and religious dialogue formats, as well as researchers and educators in the fields of religious education and family studies.
