About the funder
The "Leben in Trebendorf" Foundation was established in September 2008 in connection with the Trebendorf Agreement and accompanying municipal council resolutions. As an independent, non-profit entity, it exclusively pursues charitable purposes in accordance with the Tax Code and is dedicated to promoting active community life in the municipality of Trebendorf. Its primary objectives are the preservation of local heritage and the spirit of home, youth and elderly care, sports, as well as arts and culture. Through ongoing grants, the foundation supports local clubs and initiatives in strengthening social cohesion and sustainably developing cultural offerings.

Mission & Vision
We are committed to promoting and enriching community life in Trebendorf. Our goal is to preserve tradition and the sense of homeland, to enable intergenerational projects in youth and elderly care, and to strengthen local sports, arts, and culture. Through transparent and unbureaucratic allocation of funding, we aim to empower clubs and nonprofit organizations to create sustainable initiatives for a livable environment.
Target groups
Only non-profit corporations headquartered in the municipality of Trebendorf are eligible to apply. Funding is provided to clubs and organizations engaged in the fields of local heritage preservation, youth and elderly care, sports, as well as art and culture, which contribute sustainably through their projects to strengthening the social and cultural life in the community.
