Stiftung meistro gGmbH

Since its founding on September 1, 2016, the Stiftung meistro gGmbH has been committed to a livable future. As the "social face" of the meistro Group, it supports projects in nature and environmental protection, youth and elderly care, as well as social participation. The foundation is financed through a voluntary profit distribution from the meistro Group: annually, 5% of the net profit is allocated to charitable initiatives. In doing so, the foundation actively assumes social and ecological responsibility and makes a continuous contribution to improving quality of life and the environment.

The Stiftung meistro gGmbH is committed to assuming social and ecological responsibility and effecting sustainable change. Through targeted support of non-profit projects in nature and environmental protection, youth and elderly care, as well as social participation, it aims to contribute to a more livable future and to make the commitment of the meistro Group in society visible and tangible.

Non-profit organizations, associations, and initiatives that implement projects in the fields of nature and environmental protection, youth and elderly care, as well as social participation, are funded. The foundation supports both local and supraregional or international projects, for example in Germany (e.g., hospice and nursing facilities, day care centers), in the area of educational support (e.g., photovoltaic systems for schools), and in health research (e.g., cancer research).
