About the funder
The Stiftung Pro HöVi is a non-independent foundation under civil law, which is managed in trust by the Förderverein Pro HöVi e. V. It was founded in 2001 by Mr. Koof and Pastor Franz Meurer to sustainably support the diverse engagement of the communities in the Cologne districts of Höhenberg and Vingst. The foundation provides financial resources for charitable and benevolent projects and thereby promotes initiatives that strengthen education, social integration, and participation. Decisions regarding the allocation of funds are made by a voluntary board in an unbureaucratic manner.

Mission & Vision
The Stiftung Pro HöVi is committed, in a Christian spirit, to fostering fair and solidaristic coexistence in Cologne-Höhenberg and Vingst. Its goal is to provide aid for self-help to poor and disadvantaged people and to strengthen local engagement in order to secure social peace and quality of life on site in the long term.
Target groups
The target group of the Stiftung Pro HöVi consists of needy and socially disadvantaged individuals in the districts of Höhenberg and Vingst, as well as groups and initiatives committed to education, career orientation, recreational activities, and social projects, who require financial support for these purposes.
