Mission & Vision

"Together for a partnership-based development cooperation." The Solidarity and Justice Foundation aims to combat the globally unequal distribution of wealth and life opportunities through targeted, sustainable projects. It supports organizations that are locally rooted and work with respect for cultural and ecological conditions in the spirit of "help for self-help." Its goal is to alleviate poverty, promote equal opportunities, and provide grant recipients with long-term, self-determined prospects.

Target groups

The funding programs of the Foundation for Solidarity and Justice are aimed at non-profit recognized associations and organizations active in development cooperation, operating in less developed countries (particularly Africa and Asia), working in partnership with local actors, pursuing participatory and sustainable projects, willing to raise own funds and third-party funds, and managing their projects independently as well as continuing them autonomously in the long term.
