Our mission is the diaconal responsibility for people with disabilities: We support and promote them so that they can develop their personality and participate in social life with the greatest possible independence. We act with empathy, courage, diversity, and inclusivity, advocating for equal opportunities, participation, and the dignity of each individual.

Target groups

The services of Stiftung Sonnenhof are aimed at people with intellectual, physical, or multiple disabilities as well as their relatives in the districts of Schwäbisch Hall and Hohenlohe. We support children, adolescents, and adults in the areas of housing, education, day structure, and open outpatient assistance, and we accompany parents of disabled children as well as young people within the framework of integrative kindergarten and school programs.
